Jeewan Kumar,

Managing Director & CEO

Jeewan is an MBA (KUK) and CAIIB. He has also attended Leadership Program of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has more than 25 years of experience in Strategy, Credit, IT project implementation, Stressed Asset Management and Business Restructuring.

He is one the Co-founders and is the Managing Director and CEO of Northern Lights Ventures Private Limited which owns and operates “Finworks360”, a leading Fintech platform. “Finworks360” Platform has conducted business of more than INR 450 crores plus since its inception and INR 155 crores during FY 2022-23, primarily consisting of providing liquidity/ funding to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) operating in diverse industries. Jeewan has experience of undertaking appraisal and funding to the tune of INR 15,000 crores in supply chain finance space primarily into SME sector with low level of delinquency.

Jeewan has extensive and diversified experience having earlier worked at senior levels in organizations such as IFCI Factors Ltd.,  ARCIL, Encore ARC, India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd. (IIFCL) and IFCI, which is India’s pioneering DFI.

Rohit Kumar Nath,

Director & CTO

Rohit is a B.E. (Mechanical Engg.) from Delhi College of Engineering and  PMP certified professional with rich experience in Engineering Industry, Software Development,
E-Commerce Industry and B2B Business Model in Projects-based Industry at senior management level. He is a Leader with extensive international experience (Germany, Australia, Singapore etc.) in Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Detailed Engineering, Manufacturing Operations using Agile Methodology and Waterfall Model.

Rohit is one of the co-founders of  Northern Lights Ventures Private  Limited and has played a key role in conceptualization of Finworks360 as a technology platform. He leads software and technology development of Finworks360.

He has worked with leading MNCs like Siemens, Bechtel, and has gained extensive Project Management skills in handling Indian, as well as, international projects. Before venturing as an entrepreneur, he was Vice President with a leading design engineering company responsible for major software upgrades in design engineering and development of B2B business initiative of the company.

Mayank S Thareja,

Director- Business Development

Mayank is an MBA (specialization in Marketing) with 18 years of rich experience in Channel Financing, Working Capital and Structured Finance. He has developed keen understanding in and relationships across businesses in sectors as varied as Agriculture to IT and ITES.

He is one of the co-founders of Northern Lights Ventures Private Limited. Mayank played a key role in  conceptualization of the  core business concepts on the platform Finworks360 and leads implementation of the risk management policies. He has worked with leading industry players like Yes Bank, SBI Global Factors and IFCI Factors Limited and has gained extensive experience in receivable financing, structured cash flow backed debt financing, revenue-based financing and collaborative lending.

Mayank headed Credit and Marketing functions at IFCI Factors Limited, and having headed regional business development responsibilities at Yes Bank and SBI Global Factors, he has a deep understanding of the industry cycles and challenges of the industry players, which are key to the concepts of receivable financing. With relationships spanning top levels of hierarchy to bottom of the industry pyramids, he has the rare ability to develop and nurture relationships across geographical boundaries.

Sanjeev Kumar,

Vice President- Risk & Strategy

Sanjeev is a CA & an MBA (Finance & Strategy) from MDI Gurgaon. 13+ years of experience working in a leading Financial Institution with experience in project finance, risk assessment, transaction structuring and risk mitigation, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, identification of early warning signals and resource raising.
